Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Required Skills:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC preferred)
- Valid Georgia Speech Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Minimum of 15-18 months recent experience in a related specialty
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and relevant healthcare regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working with adult patients in a medical setting
- Additional training in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation services
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- At least 15-18 months of recent, relevant experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with adult patient populations in outpatient or acute care settings
Other Requirements:
- Ability to provide services during scheduled hours, including availability for acute care coverage on Fridays and weekends
- Ability to travel if needed for coverage or assignments
- Reliable access to required documentation and equipment
