Description:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each patient.
Use evidence-based strategies to improve speech and language outcomes.
Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and home practice guidance.
Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure well-rounded, coordinate care.
Complete documentation including evaluations, progress reports, and daily notes.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
Licensed in Texas.
Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and age ranges.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
