Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Leesburg, VA 20175
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 44 Weeks
Shift: Day | 8:50 AM–3:40 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5 Days/Week
Local Candidates: Accepted – Must live within 50 miles
Traveler Candidates: Not Accepted
Pay Rate: $38–$50/hr, based on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Virginia SLP License or eligibility to obtain

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered

• Previous school, pediatric, or clinical SLP experience

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement speech-language therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide individual and group therapy services

• Monitor and document student progress

• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and school staff

• Educate families and staff on communication strategies

• Maintain accurate clinical and educational documentation

• Follow school policies and applicable professional standards
