Speech Spot LA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing private practice! This is a part-time travel position providing in-home speech and language therapy to pediatric clients throughout East Los Angeles.

Our caseload includes a diverse pediatric population, with a strong emphasis on early language development, pragmatic language and social communication therapy for children and young adults, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys collaborating with families and providing individualized, evidence-based care.

Position Details\n

Location: East Los Angeles (travel required)

Setting: In-home pediatric therapy
\n
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Start Date: October 2026

Compensation:$80–$100/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities\n
\n
Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric and young adult clients in their homes.
\n
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
\n
Treat a variety of communication disorders, including expressive/receptive language, speech sound disorders, social-pragmatic communication, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.
\n
Educate and collaborate with caregivers to support carryover.
\n
Complete documentation in a timely manner.
\n
Communicate effectively with families and other professionals involved in each client's care.
\n
Manage your schedule independently while maintaining excellent clinical care.
\n
\n
Qualifications\n
\n
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
\n
Active California SLP license.
\n
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
\n
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
\n
Experience providing pediatric therapy in home or community settings is preferred.
\n
Experience providing pragmatic language and social communication therapy for children and/or young adults is strongly preferred.
\n
Experience or training in orofacial myofunctional therapy is preferred.
\n
PROMPT training (Level 1 or higher) is preferred.
\n
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.
\n
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
\n
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
\n
Ability to pass a background check and meet required health/immunization clearances.
\n
