Birch Agency is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our team
Birch Agency is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Elkton, MD for 2026-2027 school year. The positions are full-time, and the SLPs will provide services to students from elementary through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible.
SLP Job Responsibilities:
Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders
Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity
Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
Attend IEP Meetings
Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
Consult with Teachers
Work as a part of the Special Ed team
Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications:
Master s degree in Speech and Communication
MD Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification
