Speech Language Pathologist

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! In this role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders in both children and adults—helping individuals build confidence and improve their quality of life.

This is a hybrid position, primarily in-office, with some opportunities for virtual, at-home, and in-daycare sessions. This role also has the potential to grow into a full-time position over time.

Schedule (tentative): ~15–25 hours/week

• 3 days of evening availability + morning/afternoon availability 

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to pediatric and adult clients
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
• Track progress, update goals, and maintain documentation
• Educate families and caregivers to support carryover

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active New Jersey license
• Experience with both pediatric and adult populations
• Experience in early intervention, adult rehab, or feeding/swallowing is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
