    What You'll Do

    • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and developmental evaluations.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process.
    • Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to address communication, language, cognitive communication, and developmental needs.
    • Monitor progress toward IFSP goals and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
    • Coach, educate, and support parents and caregivers to promote communication development in natural daily routines.
    • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, developmental specialists, service coordinators, and other multidisciplinary professionals.
    • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and collaborative care planning.
    • Maintain timely documentation, evaluations, treatment notes, and required program records.
    • Ensure compliance with New Jersey Early Intervention regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards.
    • Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development.
    • Travel throughout assigned service areas to provide community-based services.

    Experience You'll Need

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
    • Knowledge of child development, developmental milestones, and family-centered intervention.
    • Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
