Position Overview
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionateSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to support students in an Extended School Year program inGeorgetown, MA. Students will range from PreK-12th Grade and the services will be performed onsite. The direct service hours are projected at 10 hours per week with 2 hours of indirect services expected.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensivespeech and language evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student or client goals.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings using evidence-based practices.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Support students with a range of communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and social communication skills.
Qualifications
Master's degree inSpeech-Language Pathologyrequired.
ActiveMassachusetts SLP licenserequired.
Previous pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
