Job Description
We are hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for an school‑based opening in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. These are in‑person roles supporting students across various grade levels and school sites.

Position Details:
- Location: Fairfield, CA.
- Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Approx. 36 weeks.
- Setting: On‑site | School‑Based.
- School Year: 2026–2027.
- Start Date: Fall 2026.
- Elementary and High School assignments.
- Approximately 45 students per caseload.
- School-based, face-to-face services.
- Multiple school sites throughout the greater Fairfield area.
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Appropriate California school-based credential/certification.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
- Experience with IEPs, assessments, progress monitoring, and special education services preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay:
- $70.00-$80.00 per hour.
- Up to $3,200 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to assigned students.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments and support eligibility determinations.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Provide services across assigned school sites as needed.
