Therapy Link is seeking a dedicated and professional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Fresno, California. This full-time, in-person position offers the opportunity to work primarily with early intervention and school-aged children while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of speech, occupational, and physical therapy professionals.

Pay: $85,000–$109,000 per year

Role Description\n

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services while supporting and supervising CFs and/or SLPAs within the early intervention setting. Responsibilities include administering speech and language assessments, diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to supervisees.

The SLP will also review documentation and SOAP notes, participate in progress reporting, communicate effectively with families and team members, and provide in-person support when needed. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• \n
• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• \n
• Valid driver’s license
• \n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• \n
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• \n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• \n
• Experience supervising CFs and/or SLPAs is a plus
• \n
• Bilingual skills in any language are a plus
• \n
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• \n
• Must be available for in-person work in Fresno, CA
