Description ========= Job Summary: Under general supervision, will evaluate, diagnose and recommend a treatment plan for communication Client orders of speech and language. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Skills ==== Required Skills & Experience: -Knowledge of the normal development of speech, language and hearing. -Ability to perform diagnostic tests for communication disorders and formulates a treatment plan. -Must be able to interact in a patient, encouraging manner with clients to understand their communication needs and assist them in achieving the pro gram goals specific to them. -Good interpersonal skills with customers, co-workers and clients. -Must be able to display patience when client s frustration level is high. Education ======== Required Education: -Master s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
