Shift Details: Set your own schedule Monday - Friday 7am - 5 pm. Option to work weekend rotation in acute care but not required.
Job Summary:
Evaluates and treats all referred speech/language pathology patients according to physician's orders.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in adults, pediatrics, or developmentally disabled is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Master's degree in Communication Disorders is required. Certificate of clinical competence (C.C.C.) from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association or adequate course work and experience to qualify for Clinical Fellowship Year is required.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
State of Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.
