Ready to help high school students find their voice and prepare for the future? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a high school caseload (grades 9–12) in Stafford, VA for the 2026-2027 school year!
Position Overview:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to high school students to support their academic, social, and functional communication goals.
- Partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Assist adolescent students in developing self-advocacy and functional communication skills essential for post-secondary education, vocational training, and independent living.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience as an SLP
- Prior experience working within a secondary school setting or with adolescents (Highly Preferred)
