Speech Language Pathologist

Everything On The Spectrum LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join their growing team in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/care plans) tailored to each client's needs
• Provide direct therapy services to clients across a range of ages and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, behavioral specialists, and caregivers
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate and train families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Active Alabama state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Proficiency in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to client care
