Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
Prior experience with early childhood populations, in schools or healthcare settings
Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing services onsite; this role does not include remote work or SLPAs
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood students
Deliver direct therapy services within a supportive, collaborative school environment
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student communication goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
