Desired Background and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility for licensure)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children
Ability to deliver therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assess students' speech and language needs
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, in-person and through teletherapy as needed
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state guidelines
Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
