An exciting contract opportunity is available near Richmond, CA for a dedicated professional eager to support student communication and learning. This position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 10, 2027, offering full-time, onsite work at two local school locations. You'll be working with elementary and middle school students, playing a key role in their development and success.

Ideal candidates bring expertise and passion for helping young learners overcome speech and language challenges. This position requires hands-on engagement, collaboration with educational teams, and direct support for diverse caseloads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings with elementary and middle school students
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Must be available for full-time, onsite work; remote or SLPA candidates are not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Travel between two assigned campus locations to provide consistent support
