Beyond Speech Therapy is seeking passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to provide speech and language services within an ABA clinic in Jennings, LA.
\n
This is a great opportunity for an SLP or SLPA who enjoys working as part of an interdisciplinary team and wants the flexibility of a part-time or full-time position.
\n
What You'll Do\n
- \n
- Provide individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy, as permitted by licensure and supervision requirements
- \n
- Implement functional, evidence-based treatment plans under the direction of an SLP when required
- \n
- Address areas including expressive and receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and functional communication
- \n
- Collaborate closely with SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other members of the child's care team
- \n
- Incorporate communication goals into the child's broader treatment plan when appropriate
- \n
- Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner
- \n
- Provide caregiver education and support
- \n
- Participate in team collaboration and case discussions
- \n
- For SLPs: Develop treatment plans, complete evaluations, provide clinical oversight, and supervise SLPAs as applicable
- \n
- For SLPAs: Provide treatment and support implementation of therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- \n

We're Looking For\n
- \n
- Louisiana-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
- \n
- SLPs: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
- \n
- SLPAs: Current Louisiana SLPA licensure and required supervision eligibility
- \n
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- \n
- Experience with autism and/or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- \n
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- \n
- Someone who values collaboration and individualized, family-centered care
- \n
