BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an energetic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in the Lancaster, PA area. This position is ideal for SLPs who enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and are committed to helping students overcome communication barriers.
Key Duties:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services for speech, language, and fluency
Maintain compliance with IEP goals and state regulations
Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE certification (or eligibility)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
