    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Westminster, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a primarily articulation- and language-focused caseload with opportunities to work with students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs. You’ll collaborate with educators and special education professionals while receiving strong support from the district.

    Caseload & Responsibilities:

    • Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5
    • Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 40–45 students
    • Primarily support students with articulation and language delays
    • Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs
    • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP development and meetings
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
    • Support students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
    • Work collaboratively with another SLP at the building level

    Requirements:

    • Maryland SLP License
    • Appropriate education and credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Passion for supporting students’ communication and academic success
