Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Lake in the Hills, IL 60156

Pay: Starting rate $50.00

We are seeking a dedicated, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' growth and success at our location in Lake Hills, IL. SLP Caseload & Schedule: The current caseload reflects 16 students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This position is contracted for 15 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact on student outcomes.

What you ll do:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments to identify student communication needs

  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans aligned with student goals

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development, accommodations, and progress monitoring

  • Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, progress reports, and service logs

  • Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters communication growth

What you ll need:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and appropriate school-based credentials, if required

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Experience working in a school setting preferred

  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation requirements, and student-centered service delivery

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
