Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Therapeutic Day SchoolLocation:Leominster, MASchool Setting:Therapeutic Day SchoolStudent Population:Ages 3–22

We are seeking afull-time Speech-Language Pathologistto join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians.

Position Details

• Start Date:August 31, 2026

• End Date:June 16, 2027

• Schedule:Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Hours:35 hours per week

• Employment Type:Full-time

• Work Setting:Onsite

Caseload & Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to studentsages 3–22

• Support students with a variety of diagnoses, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Down Syndrome

  • Genetic disorders and other developmental disabilities

• Deliver therapy focused on:

  • AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)

  • Assistive technology

  • Language-based intervention

  • Functional communication development

• Caseloads are typically organized by classroom

  • SLPs generally support3–4 classrooms

  • Each classroom contains approximately4–8 students

• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology licensure requirements (Mass.gov)

• DESE certification/licensure

Compensation

$64,000 – $80,000 annual salary(based on experience)
