    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Livonia, MI. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children within a multi-disciplinary setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one and small-group therapy, and tracking progress using evidence-based methods. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians, therapists, caregivers, and other team members to support integrated care and coordinate services. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate families on strategies to improve communication at home, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Strong skills in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech-related conditions.
    • \n
    • Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
    • \n
    • Knowledge and clinical experience in the assessment and management of Dysphagia.
    • \n
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • \n
    • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or in ABA-focused environments is highly beneficial.
    • \n
    • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
    • \n
    • Commitment to evidence-based practice, family-centered care, and ongoing professional growth.
