Speech Language Pathologist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Los Angeles, CA. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy to students with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy sessions, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining thorough progress documentation. The role also involves conducting evaluations and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students' success.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related concerns

• In-depth knowledge of Communication and Language Disorders

• Expertise in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related challenges

• Strong ability to create and adapt therapy plans based on individual student needs

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• State licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
