KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct speech and language therapy sessions within a supportive team setting.

KEY CRITERIA:
- A passion and enthusiasm for the field of Speech-Language Pathology, with a special focus on pediatrics, marked by specialized coursework and/or certifications.
- A character of warmth, honesty, confidence, conscientiousness, work ethic, and creativity in crafting materials and activities to innovatively support treatment plans and team activities.
- Interpersonal skills that allow for effective communication across all levels and hierarchies within an organization.
- Experience in pediatrics and early child development.
License/Certification:
- Speech-Language Pathology License (Required).
- CCC’s (Required) (CF/RPE consideration).

Pediatric Therapy, Inc. was established in 1991 to provide comprehensive rehabilitation in the areas of physical therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, and speech-language pathology for children. Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is currently the only outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Lubbock and the South Plains that is exclusively for children. In addition, we currently have an outpatient rehab clinic in Crossroads, TX and serve the State of Texas for Home Health Care.
Pediatric Therapy, Inc. uses a medical-scientific model for rehabilitation intervention. We are committed to using the latest scientific and evidence based research to guide the treatment program for your child. PTI currently serves infants and children with a variety of neurological and orthopedic injuries and conditions, as well as genetic and developmental delays and disorders.
