Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Community & Mobile Services

Location: Cincinnati / Loveland and Surround

Position Type: Part-Time, W-2

Compensation: $60–$70 per completed treatment visit

Grow Together Therapy is looking for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services where children naturally learn, play, and participate. Including schools, daycares, community settings, and homes.

While we call this a mobile position, this is not designed to be a day of driving from one individual home to another.

A significant part of the caseload can include seeing multiple children at the same school, daycare, or community location, allowing you to work with several children while remaining at one site. Individual mobile sessions may also be scheduled with children in their homes or other natural environments.

The result is a position that offers the variety and independence of mobile therapy while allowing for a more practical, streamlined workday.

You are provided with your caseload and schedule so you can focus on being the clinician.

We also understand that flexibility is one of the biggest advantages of community-based work.

Our therapists have autonomy in structuring their workday and communicating scheduling adjustments when needed.

You can select preferred working days and availability, and we build the caseload around mutually agreed-upon availability whenever possible.

Seeing multiple children at one school

Providing services to several children at a daycare or community program

Working with children individually in their homes

Providing therapy within a child's natural environment

Collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other members of a child's support team

Building relationships with children across a variety of settings

Rather than spending every day in the same treatment room, you'll have the opportunity to see children where their skills actually matter , in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients

Deliver services in schools, daycares, homes, and community environments

• Qualifications
• \n
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Ohio
• \n
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• \n
• Pediatric experience preferred
• \n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• \n
• Comfortable traveling between assigned community locations
• \n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• \n
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• \n
