Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in the Moncks Corner, South Carolina area for the 2026 2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive school team.
Position Details

• 
  Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  
• 
  School Year: July 27, 2026 May 27, 2027
  
• 
  One school assignment
  
• 
  Serving students in Kindergarten through 8th grade (K-5 and 6-8)
  
• 
  Approximate caseload of 45 students
  
• 
  Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
  

Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  
• 
  Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  
• 
  Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• 
  Consult with teachers and families to support student communication across educational settings.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  
• 
  Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  
• 
  Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred;Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if eligible.
  
• 
  ASHA certification preferred.
  
• 
  Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
