Schedule: Monday–Friday. We require open availability from 8:00 AM – 8 PM as caseload will be built during those times. Clinic hours are 9 am to 5:30
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position will be held by an individual who has the training, education, and experience necessary to provide speech and language therapy services to children with communication disorders, developmental delays, autism, and related needs.
This role provides assessment, treatment planning, and direct therapy services while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support communication, social interaction, and functional language development. The SLP also collaborates with ABA teams to support program implementation and integrate communication goals across services, ensuring individualized, evidence-based care that promotes meaningful outcomes for children, teens, and their families.
Essential Job Functions / Key Performance AreasTo perform this job successfully, the Speech-Language Pathologist must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:
Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
Work in collaboration with ABA therapists and clinicians.
Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions targeting communication, social interaction, articulation, language development, and feeding/swallowing goals as applicable.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover of communication strategies across home, school, and community environments.
Monitor client progress, analyze therapy outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and treatment summaries in compliance with company and payer requirements.
Provide caregiver training and coaching to support communication development within natural routines.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff, including ABA providers and mental health professionals, when applicable.
Support development of functional communication skills to improve independence and participation in daily routines.
Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to organizational and regulatory standards.
Coordinate therapy schedules and communicate with families regarding scheduling changes when necessary.
Meet with families in clinic or via telehealth to review progress and provide guidance for continued communication development.
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
ABA experience is preferred. You will be working alongside ABA clinicians
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule; afternoon and evening availability preferred.
Ability to travel locally if providing in-person or community-based services.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California Driver’s license (if working in-person/hybrid).
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.

Compensation: 75,000 - 95,000 per year.
