Schedule: 40 Hours per Week | 8 Hours per Day
Interview: Virtual Interview with SPED Director
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in accordance with each student's individualized plan of care and applicable physician orders. The SLP will manage a caseload of approximately 55 students at a single location.
Requirements
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by contract or state regulations
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening/documentation as required
Current health certificate as required
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
Local Contract
$85/hour
Estimated Weekly Gross: $3,400
Travel Contract
$44/hour taxable rate
$518/week meals & incidentals stipend
$1,715/week housing stipend
Estimated Weekly Gross Package: $3,993

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
