Post Rehab is adding a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to its rehab team in Cheshire. This role focuses on helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function through practical, goal-driven therapy. 

Role Overview:

• Perform evaluations and identify functional deficits
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions based on individual goals
• Document visits and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Licensed SLP
• Interest in adult and geriatric populations
• Experience in a nursing facility setting is a plus
