We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team in Hawthorne, CA. This position is ideal for an experienced SLP who is passionate about helping children achieve meaningful communication and developmental goals.
The SLP will provide individualized, one-on-one therapy to children from birth through 21 years of age, develop treatment plans based on each child's unique needs, manage an assigned caseload, and collaborate with other clinical professionals to support a comprehensive, whole-child approach to care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy to pediatric patients.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide one-on-one therapy and monitor patient progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Manage an assigned caseload effectively and independently.
Communicate with families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists.
Participate in interdisciplinary planning to support a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress and developmental needs.
Maintain professional standards, ethical practices, and applicable licensing requirements.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
2 3+ years of SLP experience preferred.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Flexible Monday Friday scheduling is available, with operating hours generally ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Specific schedules may vary based on patient needs and caseload requirements. Per diem and rotating/variable scheduling options may also be available.
