Speech-Language Pathologist SLP - Per Diem
We are seeking a licensed Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders • Perform dysphagia assessments and recommend safe diets • Complete documentation per Medicare and facility standards • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) • Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
Schedule Per Diem As Needed
Setting Skilled Nursing Facility
Rate $60/hour
