Position Overview

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site clinical team in Pittsfield, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about evidence-based practice, professional growth, and delivering high-quality speech and language services across diverse populations. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Diagnose speech and language disorders and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and functional outcomes

  • Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate

  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate treatment effectiveness and client performance

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and records

  • Educate clients and families on speech, language, and communication development and strategies

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and care planning discussions

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, training, and performance feedback initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current and valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Clinical experience assessing and treating speech and language disorders in children and/or adults

  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication development

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices

  • Experience using outcome measures and data to track progress and guide clinical decisions

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and performance excellence
