***$6,000 Signing Bonus*** Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Preschool Location: Geneva site Salary: $55,000 - $66,000 per year; CFY salary starting at $50,000 per year The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location. **This position is eligible for a $6,000 signing bonus! This bonus is earned and payable as follows: 25% ($1,500) in the pay period following the 6-month anniversary of your employment; 25% ($1,500) in the pay period following the one-year anniversary of your employment; and 50% ($3,000) in the pay period following the two-year anniversary of your employment.**
Employment: Full Time/School Year (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday during program hours. Evening work may be required as job duties demand. Includes 6-week Summer program. School Year position follows the school calendar with vacations coinciding with school breaks. Summary/Objective: Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

Travel:Travel is primarily local during the business day but employee will be expected to work at any of our partner agencies. Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
