Description:
Position Summary
The Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides.
Candidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized speech therapy services in patients' homes
Deliver patient‑centered, compassionate care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care plans
Utilize advanced and easy‑to‑use clinical technology
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills and professional accountability
