    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

    Agility Health and Rehabilitation | University Place, WA

    Full-Time: $50–57/hour
    PRN: $58–65/hour
    Shift: Daytime hours

    Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

    What You'll Do

    • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload -including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
    • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
    • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
    • Use current equipment and modalities

    What You'll Need

    • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington (or eligibility)
    • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

    SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
