What You'll Be Doing
" Evaluate students and identify speech, language, and communication needs
" Design and deliver individualized therapy services based on student goals
" Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective intervention strategies
" Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
" Track progress, maintain service records, and complete required documentation
" Provide recommendations that support students in both academic and social environments
" Attend team meetings and collaborate on student support plans
What We're Looking For
" Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
" Active Maryland SLP License or eligibility for Maryland licensure
" CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
" Passion for helping students build confidence and communication skills
" Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
