School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | St. Louis, MO | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $55/hour
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, Missouri . We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!
Job Highlights:
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full Time
School Year: 2026-2027
In-person only
Pay up to $55/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Missouri State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Valid MoPro Licensure
