Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CFY)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: Starting at $60/ hour

As a K-12 school-based Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN, your days will include:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on student needs, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies and accommodations in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, services, progress notes, and other required records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and parent conferences.
  • Provide professional recommendations for speech and language support services.
  • Stay informed about best practices and current research in speech-language pathology and educational service delivery.
  • Comply with district policies, state laws, and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) requirements
Job Details

Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options

Successful Candidates Possess
  • Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD)
  • An active or pending State Licensure, or the ability to obtain (preferred)
  • ASHA CCC (preferred) 
  • A Department of Education Licensure, if applicable
  • Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
  • The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
  • Note: Clinical Fellow (CF) graduates are welcome to apply
