Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time
Location: Marin Post Acute - Marin County, CA

Marin Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. If you are passionate about helping patients regain communication and swallowing function while working in a supportive, collaborative environment, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment strategies and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with the elderly and rehabilitation patients
