TML Speech Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year.

\n

\n

We’re looking for an SLP who loves working with students, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a team where you’re supported—not just placed in a position and left to figure things out on your own.

\n

\n

Whether you’re an experienced school-based SLP or a new graduate beginning your Clinical Fellowship, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n

As part of our school-based team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

\n

• \n
• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy
• \n
• Build meaningful relationships with your students
• \n
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• \n
• Develop functional, student-centered IEP goals
• \n
• Participate in PPT/IEP meetings
• \n
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special educators, and related service providers
• \n
• Monitor student progress and complete documentation
• \n
• Support students across a variety of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• \n

• Have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• \n
• Hold or are eligible for Connecticut SLP licensure
• \n
• Hold your CCC-SLP or are beginning your Clinical Fellowship
• \n

• \n
• Are organized, dependable, and committed to providing excellent services
