Speech Language Pathologist School

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Spanaway, Washington for the 2026 2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language services.

• Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License (required).
• Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
