Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Elementary in Thornton, CO on a full-time basis. This role supports an intensive preschool classroom serving children ages 3 5 in both AM and PM sessions.
The caseload is intentionally small (approximately 5 students in the morning and 5 in the afternoon), allowing for highly individualized and impactful therapy services. The SLP will work closely and collaboratively with an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support communication development within a structured classroom environment.
This position is fully embedded within the classroom setting, providing integrated, hands-on support throughout the school day rather than a pull-out model.
