• ExperienceRequirements: 1 year minimum experience
• OtherRequirements: Caseload TBD, must-have ESA Certification, must be comfortable with a school setting, flexible schedule (Days), background checks, and ability to work up to 37.5 hours/week depending on school schedule; soft skills include adaptability, strong communication, and teamwork.

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individual education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions
