We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor for a temporary, as-needed clinic-based role in our Glendale location. AAC Program Growth

Our AAC program is expanding, and we welcome clinicians who are passionate about augmentative and alternative communication and innovative approaches to care.


Role Overview:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
  • Engage and educate parents and caregivers to support carryover
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members
  • Complete clear, concise documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Feeding therapy experience or interest strongly preferred, but not required
  • AAC experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Working Conditions:

This position is clinic-based and requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. Clinicians may work with clients who have a range of developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs.
