Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered
Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results and student needs
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within the school setting
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s goals
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and required compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as required
