Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake – Waugh Chapel is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellow to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on delivering individualized therapy services in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and educate residents and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license or CFY eligibility required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
