Job Details

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support both outpatient services and provide hospital coverage as needed.

What you’ll do:
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist with discharge planning and care transitions

What we’re looking for:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Tennessee SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with both pediatric and adult patients
  • MBS/MBSS experience highly preferred
  • Exposure to feeding therapy and AAC is a plus
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
