What You'll Do
Support Student Success

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Support a variety of communication needs across academic and functional settings
Collaborate With School Teams
-
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Help create positive, student-centered therapy environments
Lead & Support
-
Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), if applicable
-
Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district expectations

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs preferred

School-based experience preferred
