    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time School Position

    Bridgeport, PA | 2026–2027 School Year

    Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in the Bridgeport area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

    This opportunity offers a structured schedule, consistent caseload, and the support of a collaborative team focused on student growth.


    Position Overview

    In this role, you'll provide speech and language services to students in a school setting, helping them develop communication skills essential for academic success and everyday interactions.

    • Full-time schedule aligned with school hours
    • School-based caseload with a variety of needs
    • Collaborative work environment with educators and specialists

    Core Responsibilities

    • Deliver therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families
    • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

    Schedule & Work Environment

    • Monday–Friday school schedule
    • No evenings or weekends
    • School holidays and breaks off
    • Team-oriented, supportive setting

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or ability to obtain)
    • ASHA CCCs preferred
    • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
